QUALITIES OF AN EFFECTIVE LEADER

Friends, let me start by saying this "Your teacher can open the door, but you must enter by yourself" As a leader you should know that the first person to lead is you yourself before  dreaming to lead others.  Being A  Kingdom Financier you need to develop leadership skills and have qualities that your team and the people around you can really admire and desire to have.  Good leaders don't wait to be served but they serve others for them to learn.  
     I love one of the quotes by Albert Schweitzer in says, "Example is not the main thing in influencing others. It is the only thing. "  Wow I like that, It is the only thing.
     Effective leaders are guided by their qualities. And these qualities are the ones that make them to be effective in administering good leadership to the team or people around them.

The top qualities of an effective leader are;
COMMUNICATION.
A leader should be clear in his or her communication. Clearly relate your vision & expectations to your team and keep everything working towards the same goal.

HONESTY.
A good leader is honest and transparent. Being honest & transparent is vital for developing trust.

CONFIDENCE.
Staying calm & confident as a leader will help your team to feel the same.

COMMITMENT.
Do what you say & stick to your word to build trust.

POSITIVITY.
Always as a leader, keeping yourself & the team upbeat helps with morale.

INSPIRING.
Help your team feel like a vital part of the company vision.

FAIRNESS.
Remain objective & unbiased when dealing with others.

HUMILITY.
Being humble and serving your team, they will want to follow you.

Leadership is about influence, not authority; having a title does not make someone a leader.

A leader and a manager they are two different people;
A leader Motivates and inspires       A manager plans and budgets.
A leader influences others                A manager allocates resources.
A leader shows direction                  A manager solves problems.
A leader proactive                            A manager coordinates.
A leader takes  responsibility           A manager delegates.

Always remember what the great leaders who ever lived under the sun said, like Martin Luther King JR said, " THE ULTIMATE MEASURE OF A MAN IS NOT WHERE HE STANDS IN MOMENTS OF COMFORT, BUT WHERE HE STANDS AT TIMES OF CHALLENGE AND CONTROVERSY."
